Pathar Club currently ships orders across India.
We aim to process and deliver every order as smoothly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges are:

Within Kerala: ₹77

Outside Kerala: ₹85

Orders above ₹999: Free shipping
Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after the order is successfully placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information through the contact details provided with your order.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Pathar Club's control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes or other unforeseen events.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, email or other available contact channels, depending on the information provided at checkout.
Tracking updates are managed by the courier partner and may sometimes take a short period to appear after dispatch.

Orders with incomplete or unclear delivery information may be delayed until the necessary details are confirmed.
Pathar Club cannot be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the courier is unable to reach the recipient, additional delivery attempts may be made depending on the courier partner.
If an order is returned to Pathar Club due to unsuccessful delivery or incorrect customer information, any applicable re-shipping charges may need to be paid before the order is dispatched again.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is currently not available.
All orders must be paid using the payment options available during checkout.
International Shipping
Pathar Club currently ships within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Delays
While we work with our delivery partners to ensure orders arrive on time, delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.
Pathar Club is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, if you experience an unusual delay, please contact us and we will assist wherever possible.
