• Delivery limitations

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

All prices displayed on the Pathar Club website are shown in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts and offers may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete payment.

Pathar Club currently accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery is currently not available.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information when making a purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Pathar Club currently ships within India.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier partner.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes or other unforeseen events.

Shipping charges, delivery terms and related information are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. Exchanges and Refunds

Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Exchange & Refund Policy.

Pathar Club does not generally offer refunds for change-of-mind, preference, size or fit-related requests.

Refunds may be provided where:

• A damaged, defective or incorrect product cannot be replaced

• Pathar Club is unable to fulfil an approved exchange

• Pathar Club cancels an order after payment

• A refund is otherwise required under applicable law

However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Pathar Club.
